We had a great time at this hotel in Bormio! the location was fantastic - right in the heart of the city center and close to the slopes. It made it convenient for us to explore the area and enjoy our winter vacation. Secondly, the staff was friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. Lastly, the rooms were spacious and comfortable, perfect for our family of three. Additionally, the breakfast buffet provided a delicious start to our days on the ski slopes. We were pleasantly surprised and felt it was great value for money.
No complaints - everything was satisfactory.

Had a great Christmas holiday in this hotel! The breakfast buffet was fantastic, including fresh pastries and a range of hot and cold options. The hotel is located in the heart of the town, making it easy to explore all the local shops and attractions. The room itself was spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and a good shower. We also appreciated the friendly staff, who made us feel welcome throughout our stay.
The wifi connection was a little spotty, which was frustrating when trying to keep in touch with family back home. , while the hotel is conveniently located, it can be a bit noisy at night, especially if you're a light sleeper.

The hotel had a good location, being near to both slopes and the city centre. the room was a bit dated and could have used some improvements in the bathroom. the service was average, nothing to write home about, but the breakfast was decent with a good selection of food. the view from the room was nice and the hotel had some good facilities including a spacious lounge area.
The hotel was overpriced for what was offered, and the wifi was not up to standard.

I recently stayed at a charming hotel in a wonderful mountain town. The staff were incredibly friendly and provided top-notch service with a smile always. The rooms, although a little dated, were impeccably clean and well-maintained. The hotel's attention to detail was evident in the spacious lounge area, perfect for relaxing after a day on the slopes. The breakfast served each morning was tasty and satisfying, setting us up for a day of skiing.
Our experience at this hotel was fantastic and there was nothing to dislike.

The overall price was a bit high for what the hotel offered. the pay wifi was not always reliable and the hotel's appearance was somewhat dated.
